Who We Are:

We are a small group of fitness coaches who have dedicated our lives to the quest of increasing human performance. Our staff have years of experience in the trenches, competing themselves as well as training clients from all ability levels. Through a never-ending process of trial and error they have kept methods that they have found useful, gotten rid of those that were not so useful, and continue to try new things.

Our staff have an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and a hunger to constantly improve. They are always researching new methods, attending seminars, and using real data from their clients to upgrade their prescriptions and continue their evolutions as well as their clients’.

What We Do:

The short answer to what we do is simple: We make people better.

Through testing and assessment we identify our clients’ weaknesses and create customized programs specific to their needs. This process is the same for people of all ages and all ability levels. At the core of our beliefs about fitness training is the belief that a personalized program is the best way for someone to achieve their true athletic potential.

If you feel like you are training hard but not seeing the results you want, then don’t hesitate to contact us. A lot of our clients are coaches themselves and have put so much time into helping their clients that they lose sight of their own training. We are here to help.

Everyone’s strengths and weaknesses are different and your training needs to reflect that. The question we always ask people who are striving to be competitive is:

If you and your buddy are working out together and he always beats you, how are you expected to get better than him by following the same program? By trying harder?

The answer is that it would be extremely difficult to do so. In order to get ahead you may need to spend some time working on your weak areas in order to ‘catch up’ before you can start to become competitive. You literally take one step back in order to take 2 steps forward.

Upon signing up with us we will assess your strengths and weaknesses using specific tools and measurements, then create your custom program to complement and enhance those identified areas. Through continuous monitoring and re-testing you will be amazed at how your weaknesses will become your strengths. Everything about your program will be customized to your goals, schedule, and lifestyle.
